E5A Class Descriptions

Grappling:

Nogi Jiu-Jitsu is performed in tight, spandex athletic apparel preferably with no zippers, pockets.

GI Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu – Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu is performed in a traditional Kimono or Gi. Gi – Curriculum development and overview by Professor Warren Brooks.

Striking:

Kickboxing – Muay Thai is a form of striking in which 8 points of contact are utilized; Hands, Feet, Elbows, Knees. Led by Coach Jose Rico

Boxing – Coach Geneck Cavez brings the energy with every class and is well known for welcoming the newcomer and fining tuning their skills in the shortest time possible.
